He was predeceased by: his parents, Logan Jefferson and Mary Etta Francis; his wife Edna Burnam of Chillicothe; his daughter-in-law Donna Francis (Ken L.); and his siblings, Lorene Coffey (Otis), Dolores Thomas (Gordon), Reita Draper (R. D.), W. D. (Jenny Francis), O. A. (Myrt Francis) and L. B. (Diana Francis).
He is survived by: his brother Denny (Delois Francis) of Texas; and his children, Ken L. Francis of Arkansas, David M. Francis of California, Steve (Loni Francis) of Texas, Marsha (Bob Batchelor) of Arkansas, Terry Francis of Texas and Phil (Lisa Francis) of Texas. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and spouses, thirty great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
