He is survived by: his wife Betty Brooks; his children, Harper Sluss, Kayden Hebert and Branden Keiper; his sisters, Jamie Frye and Ashley Murphy; and his mother JoLynn Murphy. He is also survived by 4 nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
