It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennifer Lynn Welker (Leander, Texas), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on October 31, 2019, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Richard Baker and Gloria Baker (Villa); her husband James "Andy" Welker; her son Noah Welker; her sister Denise Cavicchioli; and her nieces and nephews, James White, Luke Mason, Emily White and Anella Mason. She is also survived by relatives and a community of dedicated friends.
