Seda; his children, Herbert, Jr. (Deborah), Cindy Lou Smith (Tommy), Roslynn Seda (Bubba), Roberta Ko (Earl) and Francine Munar (Donald); and his sisters, Marylou Pratt (Ray), Rosie Martinez (David) and Nina Torres. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
