He is survived by: his siblings, Karen Fink and Mark Leighton; his wife Dawn; his daughter Chrysty; his son-in-law Frank Lockhart; his grandchildren, Malcolm, Addison and Bruce; his mother Shirley Clark; and his daughters, Susanne Jacobsen of Denmark, Sandra Schulze of Germany and Sigrid Madland of Norway. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
