He was predeceased by: his brothers, Victor Quintanilla and Pedro Quintanilla. He is survived by: his spouse Maria Andrea Lopez; his children, Luis (Cristina Quintanilla), Hector (Sandra Quintanilla), Florentino Quintanilla Jr. and Melissa (David Ortiz); his grandchildren, Hector Isaac (Karen Quintanilla), Desiree Quintanilla, Luis Shane Quintanilla, Emilee Ortiz and Alena Ortiz; and his siblings, Israel (Irma Quintanilla), Ruben (Lupe Quintanilla), Juan Jose Suarez, Olga Suarez (Joe Columbus) and Elva Suarez.
