She was predeceased by: her husband Harvey G. Pierce; her parents, Eura J. Sammon and Robert S. Sammon; and her siblings, Dorothy V. Livingston and Billy D. Sammon.
She is survived by: her children, Doak Pierce (Carol) of San Antonio, LuAnn Edwards (Charles) of Leander and Kyle Pierce (Kim) of Lubbock; her brother Bobby Sammon (Donna) of Waco; her grandchildren, Michelle Pierce Jackley (Matthew), Austin, Kelsey (Mason Pierce) and Emily Edwards; and her great grandchildren, Camden, Elizabeth, Julianna Jackley and Makaela Pierce.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a private graveside service will be held with burial at Oakwood Cemetery in Waco, TX.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your favorite animal rescue group, the American Cancer Society or St. Mary's Catholic Church, 1401 Washington Ave, Waco, TX 76701.
