It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Daugherty of Leander, Texas, born in Nixon, Texas, who passed away on August 30, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ernest Daniels and Bertha Daniels; her sons, Michael (Debbie Daugherty), Paul (Terry Daugherty) and Chad (Judith Daugherty); her siblings, Patricia and Wayne Daniels; and her husband Van Daugherty. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
