She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas and Bertha Thomas (Barr); her husband Mike Smith; and her siblings, Patty McKay and Rick Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Derek Smith (Tonya) of Watseka and Amanda Rowell (Cory) of Leander, TX; her sisters, Lori Hummel and Brenda Pancake; and her grandchildren, Keely, Chase Rowell, Ellie and Liam Smith.
