He is survived by: his daughters, Steph and Brittany; his mother Sidney; his grandchildren, John Michael, Gage, Addelynn, Avery and Zoey; his sister Melissa Cothern; and also Brittany. He is also survived by uncle, numerous aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
