She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Wakefield and Thelma Wakefield; her husband Charlie Sackett; and her siblings, Mary Travis, Orville Wakefield, James Wakefield and Thomas Wakefield.
She is survived by: her son Charlie Sackett (Chris) of Mont Belvieu, TX.; her great grandchildren, Gabi Joiner and Brendan Martinez; and her pet Bentley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society.
