He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lee Pendley and Rosa Lee Rowan Pendley; his wife Geneva Pendley; his son Jimmy Pendley; his siblings, Jesse Pendley, Tex Pendley, Earl Pendley, Leona Pendley Davis and Rose Mary Pendley; and his brother-in-law Richard Davis.
He is survived by: his former wife Margaret Welch; his children, Robert A. Pendley, Paul T. Pendley, Jeffery A. Pendley, Carrie A. Pendley and Susan M. Kier; and his former wife Margaret Pendley. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; brothers.
