He was predeceased by: his father Freddie Pendley. He is survived by: his mother Judy Pendley (Doug); his wife Terrie Vincent Pendley; his children, Jackson Pendley and Kayla Summers (Larry); and his siblings, Angie Stewart (Doak) and Justin Pendley (Leah). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, a nephew, nieces, a great nephew and great nieces.
