Ouida McCaleb Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2022, at the age of 95, Ouida McCaleb of Leakey, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ouida McCaleb to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Holmes and Ethel Holmes; her husband Leo McCaleb; her brother Raymond Holmes; her son Larry McCaleb; and her son-in-law Butch Weston.
She is survived by: her daughter Joyce Weston of Leakey; her daughter-in-law June McCaleb of San Antonio; her grandchildren, Arnold McCaleb (Glorey) of Kapolei, Hawaii, Michael McCaleb (Cyndi) of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Barbara Ivy of Leakey, Quentin Weston (Darlene) of Jacksonville Florida and Jason Weston (Christy) of Windsor Colorado; her great grandchildren, Taylor McCaleb, Benjamin McCaleb, Shania Wilber, Paris McCaleb, Alice McCaleb, Jareth McCaleb, Monica Earle (Mac), Laura Weston (Kelsey), Garrett Weston, Davis Weston and Cooper Weston; her brother Wayne Holmes (Karoline) of San Antonio; her brother-in-law Carroll McCaleb (Cindy) of Kingsland; and her caregivers, Joyce Smallwood, Peggy Hickman and Ouida. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks a donation be made to Frio Canyon EMS, Real County Library, or the Leakey church of Christ.
