He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Hopper and Winnie Routt; and his brother Cecil Hopper. He is survived by: his sister Winnie B. Hopper of Uvalde; his children, Johnny Lee Hopper of Leakey, Dale Rainwater and Nalani of Lampasas; and his grandchild Senica Pucilowski (Jason) of Abilene. He is also survived by great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
