He is survived by: his wife Joan Talley (Smerken); his children, Brenda Cain (Steve) of McQueeney, Suzan Talley of Victoria, Debbie Dotson (David) of Waxahachie, Charles Talley Jr. of Colorado and Jeffery Talley (Katharina) of Cibolo; his stepson Andy Espinosa (Rachel) of Richmond; his daughter-in-law Martha Talley of Leakey; his grandchildren, Sara Cain (Jason), Annie Francis (Andrew), Rachel Webb (Joshua), Alyssa Talley, Regan Talley, Jacob Dotson (Devin), Matthew Thedford, Aden Talley, Leland Talley, Cory, Ryan and Luke Espinosa; and his great grandchildren, Kaydence Dotson and Josephine Webb.
