She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence L. Armstrong and Opal M. Heslep Armstrong; her husband Chris Cadenhead; her son Chad Cadenhead; her brother Gene Armstrong; her sister-in-law Sandra Armstrong; her sister Barbara Smith; her brother-in-law Dick Smith; and her nephew Ken Smith.
She is survived by: her son Rob Clark Cadenhead; her daughter-in-law Paige Cadenhead; her granddaughters, Camryn Chae and Carli Cay Cadenhead; her daughter Staci Cadenhead; her brother-in-law Curtis Cadenhead (Manda Cadenhead); and her nieces and nephews, Starla Armstrong Russell, Wanless Armstrong, Russ Smith, Randy Smith, Scott Smith, Cody Cadenhead and Casie Cadenhead Gidcumb. She is also survived by her family and friends.
The family requests memorial donations in lieu of flowers be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
