He was predeceased by: his parents, E. J. Roy and Elizabeth Roy; and his former wife Deborah Ann Howell. He is survived by: his wife Candy Roy (Candy); his children, Tonya Stoney (George Stoney) and Vic Roy Jr.; his granddaughter Taylor Stoney (Jakob Berry); his great grandchild Scarlet Rose Berry; his stepdaughter Kimberly Couvillion (Mike); his grandchildren, Korie Couvillion, Kyler Couvillion and Kenedy Couvillion; and his pets, Kinsey and Sugar.
