He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Nicole Patin (Brandon), Bryan Collins (Brandee), Jeff Collins (Julia), Andy Collins (Kelsey) and Steven Collins (Lauren); his siblings, Greg Collins (Lauri), Maureen Ibbetson (Paul), Dan Collins (Debbie) and Sheila Migliorini (Ernie); and his grandchildren, Preston Collins, Landon Collins, Tyler Patin, Keaton Collins, Brynlee Collins, Bennett Collins and Brooks Collins.
