He was predeceased by: his brother Ricky Lee Lewis. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Lewis and Shirley Lewis; his children, Meghan Ann Lewis, Macie Ann Lewis, Katie Lewis, Ryleigh Bradley, Tristan, Mason, Kamryn Lopez, Allie Lewis, Ashton Lewis, August and Gunner Gann; and his siblings, Perry Jon Lewis, Robert James Lewis and Dawn Kelly Rose.
