We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2024, at the age of 60, Sandra Annette Miller of League City, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Caren Hebert (Rogers); her husband Jim Miller; and her son Stephen Daniel Gonzales, Jr.. She is survived by: her father James Hebert (Nita) of Santa Fe, TX; her daughter Ashley Carranza (Alex) of League City, TX; her siblings, Shanna Bellamy (Michael) of Spring, TX, Scott Hebert (Ruth) of Webster, TX and Mark Hebert (Sheila) of Newport News, VA; her nieces and nephews, Sharon Hebert Troquille, Christopher Hebert, Brandi Hebert Simmons, Trisha Hebert Hurst, Aaron Bellamy and Miranda Bellamy; and her grandchildren, Stephen, Skyler, Amberley Carranza, Julianna, Junior, Nicole, Dominic, Vincent, Royce Carranza, Krista, Alina and Mia Loftin.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Carnes Funeral Home - CTC (3100 Gulf Fwy, Texas City, TX 77591). A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the same location.
