He was predeceased by: his parents, Estela Ontiveroz and Hignio Ontiveroz. He is survived by: his wife Irene Ontiveros of League City; his children, Renée Ontiveros Sanders (Bill), Lorraine Christine Ontiveros and Roberto Ontiveros Jr. (Sharon); his grandchildren, Brittany Harris (Simeon), James Nieves, Jason Nieves, Brandon Sanders and Armand Ontiveros; his great grandchildren, Beau and Cruz Harris; his siblings, Julieta Rodriguez, Ivan Ontiveros (Matilda) and Gustavo O. Perez (Kyle); and his brother-in-law Jasper Castillo (Dora). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives; and his beloved fellow paratroopers.
