He was predeceased by: his parents, Ennis Lee Mills and Lillian Stockwell (Brown); and his brother Chester Leroy Stockwell, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Gabriella (Italia); his brother Mark Mills; his children, Richard Lee Mills, Jr., Suzanne Stockwell and Amanda Moss; and his stepchildren, Anthony Russo and Teresa Russo. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
