She was predeceased by: her parents, Augusta Dowdy and Eva Dowdy; her son Johnny Pannell; and her daughter-in-law Carlene Pannell. She is survived by: her son Charles Pannell; her sister Sonya Brantley; her grandchildren, Mavrik Pannell (Haven), Zak Garcia (Shannon) and Sable Garcia-Walker (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Natalie, Kayleigh, Brayden, Kylee, Kennedy, Emmy and Karlee; and her pets, Mollie, Dakota and Macy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
