She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Marilyn Sue Herzik Hembree (Susie); her husband Roger Melvin Hembree; her father E. F. Herzik; her stepmother Pauline; her mother Rosalie Hoppe Herzik; and her brother Gene Wayne Herzik.
She is survived by: her children, Aggie and Mike Hembree (Laurie); her granddaughters, Jessica and Angela; her daughter Cori Kerr (Ron); her grandchild Cameron (Cassidy); her great grandchildren, Oliver and George; her grandsons, Jonathan (Kacey) and Harrison (Gracie); her daughter Holly Alfonso (Paul); her grandchildren, Joey (Alyssa), Nick and Matthew; and her brother Gary Herzik (Jo Ann).
