Margaret Helen Veach Ponder Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2025, at the age of 96, Margaret Helen Veach Ponder of League City, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Ponder; her parents, Walter Veatch and Helen Woodward; and her brothers, John Franklin Veatch and Joe Walter Veatch.
She is survived by: her son Alan Ponder (Sandra) of Willis; her granddaughters, Melissa Ponder and Laura Ponder Wright (Cody); her great grandchildren, Karen Ponder Masters (Randy) of League City, Taron Miller, Corban Miller, Braedan Masters, Paisley Masters and Zayla Masters; and also, Matt Miller, Brian Masters (Susan) and Brad Masters.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Scott Funeral Home (1421 E Hwy 6, Alvin, TX 77511). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Margaret would love for any donations to go to Arcadia First Baptist Church Building Fund.
