He was predeceased by: his wife Justina "MeMe" Ybarra; his parents, Lawrence Ybarra, and Juanita Ybarra, Sr. (Flores); his siblings, Robert Ybarra, Sr., Mike Ybarra, Richard Ybarra, Sr. and Beatrice Isabell Ybarra; his nephew Michael Ybarra; and his niece Tricia Ybarra.
He is survived by: his children, Janie (Mike Shuptar), Steve (Alice Ybarra), Tina Ybarra, Anita Ybarra and Mark (Monique Ybarra); and his grandchildren, Adam Shuptar, Cassandra Shuptar, Mark Brown, Jr., Candace Brown, Haylea Brown, Taylor Ann Michelle Ezelle and Garette Ybarra. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
