He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Dayhoff Willhelm; and his children, Joseph Willhelm, Jr. (Donna), Keith Willhelm (Mirela), Gayle Couch (Todd), Steven Willhelm (Sandra) and Timothy Willhelm.
