He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregoria Victoria and Vallerio Victoria; and his siblings, Graciella Centeno, Josefina Ayala and Ruben Victoria.
He is survived by: his wife Elvia Victoria; his children, Beatriz Victoria and Joaquin Victoria, Jr. (Hong); his siblings, Lupe Leon (Angel), Armando Victoria (Graciella), Wilfrido Victoria (Juana) and Felipe Victoria (Mary); and his grandchildren, Diego Garza, Felipe Herrera III and Olivia Victoria. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and friends.
