Joan Mary Shack Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2025, at the age of 80, Joan Mary Shack in League City, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav Sokolik and Florence Sokolik of Mantua, Ohio.. She is survived by: her husband Paul Shack; her daughter Elizabeth Shack; her son-in-law Jeremy Michelson; her son Stephen Shack; her sister Jean Goetz; her brother-in-law Daniel Goetz; and her grandchildren, Blaise, Julian, Connor and Niklas Shack. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the House of Prayer Lutheran Church (14045 Space Center Blvd, Houston, TX 77062).
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in Joan's memory may do so to House of Prayer or your preferred nature or arts organization.
