He is survived by: his wife Lanell Parker Neill; his children, Howard Wesley Neill (Valarie) and Brenda Guy (Jack); his grandchildren, Emily, Erin, Elizabeth, Lindsey, Wesley and Parker Jane; and his great grandchildren, Mary Grace, Lucy, Trey, Keegan, J. T., Violet, Harrison, Reb and Ashley.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Howard's honor to Lighthouse Baptist Church, 701 San Jacinto St., La Porte, Texas 77571.
