He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Taylor; his son Kelly Joe Taylor; his daughter-in-law Jana Taylor; his grandsons, Dylan Lawrence Taylor and Nathaniel Joseph Taylor; and his brother Raymond Taylor.
