He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ray Niccum and Virginia Velasco Niccum; his wife Sharon Saunders Niccum; his children, Ryan Niccum (Christen Niccum), Michael Niccum (Kathrynne Garcia), Fred Niccum, Jr. (Katie Niccum) and Kristi Niccum Donaho (Lance Donaho); his grandchildren, Samuel Donaho, Eli Donaho, Sadie Niccum and Max Niccum; his siblings, George Niccum (Maureen Niccum), Clara Niccum and Alicia Niccum Ramirez (Reuben); his nephew Marc Aldaz (Rachel); his niece Patrice Aldaz; and his sister Charmaine Niccum Aldaz.
