He was predeceased by: his brother Robert. He is survived by: his siblings, Gloria Johnson and Jimmie Shannon (Neicy); and his stepchildren, William Milliken, Diane Milliken, Michael Milliken, Susan Cockerham (Adrian) and Dan Milliken (Sheila). He is also survived by numerous loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
