He is survived by: his parents, William "Bill" Brookshire and Shirley Brookshire of Yukon, Oklahoma; his siblings, Mike Brookshire of Yukon, Oklahoma, Leann Murchison (David Murchison) of Amarillo, Texas and Tisha Cypert (Kenneth Cypert) of Ada, Oklahoma.; his close friend Cindy Dahlgren Crick of Euless; his stepson Cody Worthen (Seema Worthen); and his daughter Cai Worthen of League City, Texas.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
