He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rehak and Clara Rehak; and his brothers, Walter Scott Rehak, John Kenneth Rehak and Fred Preston Rehak.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rehak; his daughters, Cynthia Rehak of League City and Patti Spencer (Stuart Spencer); his grandchild Allison Ellison (Jason Ellison); his great grandchildren, Emily, Nathan and Abigail of Cypress; his grandson Michael Spencer (Bridget Spencer); his great grandchildren, Hailey, Ryan and Sean of Katy; his grandchild Ashley Kosub (Justin Kosub); and his great grandchildren, Kip and Shannon of Cypress.
