He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Charles Lewis (Sarah Lewis) of League City, TX, Gregory Lynn Lewis (Anjali Lewis) of Brentwood, TN and Joshua Lee Lewis of Austin, TX; his sister-in-law Ann Lewis of Meridian, MS; his grandchildren, Coady, Kinton, Kavin, Jaya, Joie, Clark and Channing; the mother of his children Karen Coady; and his nieces and nephews, Lavoid, Jr. (Buster), Michael Lewis, Vicki Casper, Lisa Gant and Teri Lewis.
