She was predeceased by: her husband George Thomas Smith, Jr.; and her children, Robert Wayne Smith and Barbara Lynn Smith. She is survived by: her children, Beverly Lynn Smith, Dennis Lee (Debbie) and Paul Warren Smith (Charlotte); her grandchildren, Thomas Smith (Geraldine), Steven Smith, Eric Smith, Chris Warfield, Angela Warfield, Michael Smith, Jonathan Smith and Kimberly; and her great grandchildren, Steven Warfield, Patrick Warfield, Taylor Davis, Savannah Smith, Aaralyn Smith, Mason Smith, Alaura Smith, Dillion Smith and Noah Smith. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the family is requesting that social distancing and facial coverage is practiced.
