She was predeceased by: her parent Oliver Tice. She is survived by: her parent LaRue Tice of Canton, OH.; her husband John Pujazon of Kemah, Texas; her daughter Melissa Pujazon-Zazik of Yorba Linda, Calif.; and her grandchildren, Max (Amelie Zazik) and Carole Anne.
