She is survived by: her children, LeeAnn Heath and Cody Heath (Lauren); her grandchildren, Dillon, Cody, Elizabeth, Michael Jr., Kaitlyn, Grace, Ben, Jackson and Lincoln; her great grandchildren, Blake, Xander, Oakley and Haven; and her siblings, Sharon, Jimmy, Freddy and Robert. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
