He is survived by: his wife Kathy Dale; his children, David Dale (Anita Lee) and Elizabeth Dale Vorpe; his daughter-in-law Nancy Dale; his granddaughters, Amanda Fontenot (Cory), Lauren Watson (John) and Leslie Lindemann (Mark); and his great grandchildren, Charlotte Fontenot, Luke Watson, When Bob and Kathy.
