He is survived by: his children, Deborah Higgins of Pahrump, Scott Haiflich of La Porte and Laurel Moser (Tracy) of La Porte; his grandchildren, Julie Higgins, Patrick Higgins (Erin), Ian Moser and Hailee Hindman (Caleb); and his great grandchildren, Aimee Harrison, Mason Ayers, Patrick Higgins, Leanora Higgins and Jonathan Higgins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
