With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Badie Vaughn Sawyer Jr. of League City, Texas, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on December 21, 2020 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Badie Vaughn Sawyer, Sr. and Mae Etta Sawyer; his sister Barbara; his father-in-law Alvah Franks; and his sister-in-law Pam Sawyer.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his mother-in-law Dorothy Franks; his brothers, Richard (Mary Brown), Keith Sawyer of Jennings, LA and Rusty (Donna Sawyer); and his grandchildren, Margaret Rose Sawyer, Vaughn Sawyer, Tabitha Reifel and Wyatt Reifel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.
