She was predeceased by: her husband John William Collins; and her sisters, Modeen O'Farrell (Paul) and Edith Topping (Charles). She is survived by: her son John William Collins II; her daughter-in-law Lisa Collins; her sisters, Sheryl Shehane (Ken), Kathy Hamilton (Jack) and Henrietta Smith; and her grandchildren, Josh Collins and Megan Collins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Anita's name to the Alzheimer's Association or to the Salvation Army.
