He is survived by: his parents, Howard Holt (Nancy Mallini) and Nancy; his stepfather Charles Mallini; his brother Alan (Watita); his stepsisters, Kelly Page (Jack) and Lori Mallini (Vinny); his niece Irisa Holt; his nephews, Jackson, Oliver and Theodore Page; his aunts and uncles, Greg (Sheila Corbin), Ron (Ruth Prater), Mike Scarbrough and Beverly Spencer; and his cousins, Stacy McCoy (Shannon), Chad Corbin (Andrea), Brittany, Kayla Scarbrough, Thomas Prater, Patrick and Jimmy Richards.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) to support mental health awareness and care, a cause important to Andrew.
