We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2025, at the age of 77, Amelia Jane Criswell of League City, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Amelia Jane may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Amelia Jane touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Platt and Wilma Platt; and her brother Wayne Platt. She is survived by: her children, Gianna Luper (Edwin), Chad Criswell (Hidi) and Lance Criswell; her grandchildren, Demi Foreman, Gabrielle Luper, Trey Luper, Ty Luper, Brenna Criswell, Jace Criswell and Rhett Criswell; and her friend Freda Sawyer.
