He is survived by: his children, Miatha Rose Johnson, Alex Johnson Jr., Gaylynn Marie Moore-Collins, Margie Ann Moore-Ricks and Yolanda Annette Shanks; his grandson Brandon Joel Derbigny (Lakeshia Derbigny); and his great grandchildren, MaKayla Gooden-Derbigny, Malaijah Derbigny, Kailee Davis, Brandon Derbigny, Jr., Angel Eugenio, Amara Eugenio, Zoii Davis and Roman Davis.
