He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Hart and Edna Joy Hart; his children, Ginger Lynette Hart and Clinton Wayne Hart; and his sisters, Karen Hart and Janis Hudson.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Martin Hart; his daughter LeRoyce Minyard (Ernest); his grandchildren, Jonathan Nieman, Ashlee (Kane), Hanna, Emma Hart, Garrett, Genna, Alex, Aaron and Natalie Minyard; his great grandchildren, Angel, Zariah, Sophia and Brennen; his sister Gayle Hart; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Kennemur, Gale Wright (Darrell) and Becky Ward. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
