He was predeceased by: his son William Thomas Holley, Jr.; his parents, James Kenneth Holley and Irma Sue Oxley; and his siblings, Sherri Holley Lamb and James Wilson Holley.
He is survived by: his wife Talisa Brown of Nevada; his children, Meloney Holley (Alonzo Moreno) of Longview, Tanner Brown of Nevada, Cheyenne Brown of Nevada and Trevor Brown of Nevada; his sister Teresa Holley Springer (Abraham) of Gastonia; his half-brother William Oxley (Angie) of Diana; his aunt Wanda Wafford of Josephine; and his grandchildren, Deandre and Karlie Moreno.
