He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Juliette Kellam; and his siblings, Mary Ann Villanueva, Julie Marie Cantrell, William Kellam and Michael Kellam. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; and the rest of his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to an education fund established for Elizabeth (Lizzy) Juliette.
